Ο βασικός μηχανολογικός εξοπλισμός για την παραγωγή των προϊόντων αποτελείται από οκτώ ηλεκτροκίνητες μηχανές μεταξύ των οποίων και η μηχανή die-cutting (πρέσσα) διαστάσεων 1100mm x 1650mm για την παραγωγή ειδικών συσκευασιών με χρήση καλουπιών. Τρία ηλεκτροκίνητα ανυψωτικά μηχανήματα καλύπτουν τις ανάγκες φορτοεκφόρτωσης και αποθήκευσης των πρώτων υλών και των έτοιμων προϊόντων, ενώ η παράδοσή τους γίνεται με παλέτες περιδεμένες με τσέρκι και περιτυλιγμένες με διαφανές φιλμ επικάλυψης. Η εταιρεία διαθέτει εργαστήριο δειγματισμού και παραγωγής ειδικών συσκευασιών από χαρτόνι με χρήση σύγχρονου ηλεκτρονικού εξοπλισμού (μηχάνημα περιμετρικής κοπής – cutting plotter). the company premises, comprising the factory, the warehouse and the company offices, cover a total area of 750m2 and are located in the corporate headquarters, in alimos, attiki. the basic machinery consists of eight electrical machines including the die-cutting machine (1100mm x 1650mm), which customizes the die, using molds for the production of special packaging. three electric forklift trucks are used for loading, uploading and stacking raw materials and finished products, while strapped and stretch film-wrapped pallets are used for product delivery. there is also a sampling lab for the production of special cardboard packaging, using modern electronic equipment (cutting plotter).
